Industries · IT Service Providers & Systems Integrators

Every company in your region that needs help now.

Systems integrators don't need industry lists, but companies in their service area whose IT position is vacant, that are relocating, growing or fall under NIS2. We find them and alert you the moment the need arises.

The challenge

What holds back sales in this industry.

01

New customers are the bottleneck

In Kaseya's “State of the MSP 2026”, 71% of the IT service providers surveyed named winning new customers as their biggest challenge – more than twice as many as the year before.

02

Referrals don't scale

Many systems integrators grow through referrals and the managing director's personal selling. That works until the region has been exhausted – then there is no predictable route to new customers.

03

Cold calling falls flat

IT decision-makers increasingly do their own research and pick up the phone less often. A call without a specific reason sounds like the one from the next systems integrator.

04

Technicians, not salespeople

According to Bitkom, around 109,000 IT positions were vacant in 2025. If you are looking for technicians, you rarely have the capacity for systematic prospecting.

Your market

Who you're looking for – and why databases don't find them.

Typical target customers

  • Mid-sized companies in manufacturing, retail and logistics
  • Law firms, tax advisers and healthcare
  • Energy suppliers, municipalities and educational institutions
  • Companies without their own IT department

Decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Management and commercial management
  • Head of IT and CIO
  • Information security (CISO, ISO)
  • Procurement
  • Head of Finance for ERP projects

Not in any filter

  • Whether there is an in-house IT team
  • Growth and relocations
  • Exposure to NIS2
  • Number of locations in your service area
  • Ongoing tenders and changes of ownership

These are exactly the attributes we check for every company individually – on websites, in job ads and in registers.

IT position vacant for a long time

A position for IT administration at a smaller company has been advertised for weeks.

Why it matters: Filling it often takes months – managed services bridge the gap or replace the position.

Possible conversation opener
“You've been looking for an IT administrator for a few weeks – would support until the position is filled be helpful?”

Why now

What is moving your market right now.

End of support, one after another

Windows 10 and Exchange 2016/2019 since October 2025, Windows Server 2016 in January 2027, SAP ECC at the end of 2027: rarely have so many companies had to switch at the same time.

NIS2 in Germany and Austria

In Germany, around 29,500 organisations fall under the NIS2 Implementation Act; in Austria, the NISG 2026 has applied since October 2026. Many need external support to comply.

Demand for sovereign cloud

According to Bitkom, most companies consider their dependence on US suppliers too high. Regional service providers with European solutions have a strong argument.

What matters

Your questions, our answers.

We know our region – what's supposed to be new?+

Databases deliver whatever has been entered into them, filtered by industry and size. We check every company individually against your criteria – including those no filter covers – and find companies that are not listed in any database. In our projects, that averaged around 42% of the market. Smaller companies without their own IT in particular barely show up in lists.

Who is supposed to work through the contacts?+

You don't get volume, you get a sequence: first the companies with an acute trigger such as NIS2 obligations or a vacant IT position. That way your team works through the list that pays off most.

Only in our service area?+

That's exactly the idea. You define postcodes, a radius or regions, and we deliver the complete market within them – including smaller companies without their own IT.

Can we get the data into our CRM?+

Companies, contacts and signals are written directly into your CRM and kept up to date there on an ongoing basis, with no duplicates of your existing records. An export as a spreadsheet is always possible.
