Reach the manufacturers that are investing now.

Whether industrial software, automation or components: your market is manufacturers with the right type of production – often hidden champions that never show up cleanly in any list. We find them and alert you when a plant expands, leadership changes or a deadline draws closer.

The challenge

What holds back sales in this industry.

01

Hidden champions stay invisible

Small limited companies don't have to publish a profit and loss statement, and industry codes only describe the main activity. It is precisely the niche manufacturers that fit best that are missing from lists or disappear into catch-all categories.

02

Many stakeholders, long cycles

Engineering, production, IT, procurement and management decide together, often after a pilot on one line. If you only have one contact in the company, you lose the overview.

03

No pipeline between trade fairs

A large part of the marketing budget goes into trade fairs. In between, there is often no predictable route to new customers – and the competition knows the contacts from the fair too.

04

Reluctance to invest

The VDMA expects production to fall again in 2026. If you are selling now, you have to find the companies that are investing anyway – in efficiency, automation or new plants.

Signal 1 of 9Municipal planning, press, company websites

Plant expansion or new build

New hall, new plant or expansion according to zoning plans, local press or company news.

Why it matters: New lines need automation, software and intralogistics.

Possible conversation opener
“You're expanding your site – are you already planning how the new lines will be connected?”

Why now

What is moving your market right now.

Investing despite the slump

The VDMA expects a further decline in 2026 and growth only from 2027. The projects in demand are those that cut costs and increase efficiency – not capacity.

New obligations for machinery

The EU Machinery Regulation applies from January 2027, and the Cyber Resilience Act has brought reporting obligations since September 2026. Machine builders have to reorganise conformity and software security.

Generational change among mid-sized companies

According to KfW, a major wave of succession is coming among mid-sized companies. New owners bring modernisation and the question of how to preserve the founding generation's knowledge.

What matters

Your questions, our answers.

Our market is small, we know everyone.+

Databases deliver whatever has been entered into them, filtered by industry and size. We check every company individually against your criteria – including those no filter covers – and find companies that are not listed in any database. In our projects, that averaged around 42% of the market. In mechanical engineering in particular, many specialists are family businesses that don't publish revenue figures.

We sell through trade fairs and sales agents.+

That remains important. We add the complete market: before the fair, you know whom to invite, and afterwards, which companies you haven't reached yet.

Do you find the right contacts?+

Yes. You name the roles – such as management, plant management, production, engineering and procurement – and we supply the right people for each company, with contact details.

Can we get the data into our CRM?+

Companies, contacts and signals are written directly into your CRM and kept up to date there on an ongoing basis, with no duplicates of your existing records. An export as a spreadsheet is always possible.
