Find the companies that will invest next.

No industry code reveals who is currently building, renovating or setting up energy management. These are exactly the triggers we look for – in your sales territory, with the decision-makers from engineering, facility management and management.

The challenge

What holds back sales in this industry.

01

Competition for every roof

According to BSW-Solar, new installations on commercial roofs fell slightly in 2025. If you want to keep growing, you have to find the right roofs before the competition does.

02

Many parties to one project

Owners, tenants, engineering and finance have to agree. If you only know the managing director, you get stuck in the project.

03

Rules that keep changing

The Solar Peak Act, the new Building Modernisation Act, the amendment to the Energy Efficiency Act: funding logic and obligations are shifting – and with them the arguments in the conversation.

04

Decision-makers are hard to find

At mid-sized companies, energy is often a side task. Who is responsible is rarely stated on the website.

Your market

Who you're looking for – and why databases don't find them.

Typical target customers

  • Production and manufacturing with their own halls
  • Logistics, warehouses and cold stores
  • Retail, hotels, hospitals and care
  • Owners of commercial property

Decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Management
  • Technical Director and plant management
  • Energy management
  • Facility management
  • Sustainability and ESG
  • CFO and Head of Fleet

Not in any filter

  • Planned construction, expansion and renovation projects
  • Whether someone is responsible for energy
  • Climate targets in reports and on websites
  • Plans to electrify processes and the fleet
  • Relocations and acquisitions

These are exactly the attributes we check for every company individually – on websites, in job ads and in registers.

Signal 1 of 9Municipal planning, official gazettes, press

New build or hall expansion

Construction project, ground-breaking or expansion according to zoning plans or the press.

Why it matters: New buildings need an energy concept, heating, charging points – and are increasingly subject to a solar obligation.

Possible conversation opener
“You're expanding your site – has the solar obligation for the new hall already been factored into the planning?”

Why now

What is moving your market right now.

Solar obligation goes nationwide

The new Building Modernisation Act is gradually introducing a nationwide solar obligation for non-residential buildings in Germany, in addition to the existing rules of the federal states.

Four out of five hall roofs are free

An analysis by Fraunhofer IIS of more than 120,000 commercial halls shows that around 80% of roof areas do not yet have a PV system.

Energy efficiency with obligations

Above certain consumption levels, the Energy Efficiency Act requires audits, energy management and implementation plans. An amendment is on its way and will shift the thresholds.

What matters

Your questions, our answers.

We can see roofs ourselves on aerial images.+

Aerial images show roofs. We deliver the companies behind them: matching your criteria, with a trigger – such as a new build, a renovation or a new energy position – and the right contacts.

Does this work just for our sales territory?+

That's exactly the idea. You define postcodes, a radius or federal states, and we deliver the complete market within them.

We've had bad experiences with bought leads.+

We don't sell enquiries from portals. You get your market: companies that match your criteria, with a trigger and a contact – and you decide whom to approach and when.

Can we get the data into our CRM?+

Companies, contacts and signals are written directly into your CRM and kept up to date there on an ongoing basis, with no duplicates of your existing records. An export as a spreadsheet is always possible.
