Software sells to companies that are making a change right now.

Your market isn't every company in an industry, but those whose projects, growth and obligations fit your product. We find them – including those not listed in any database – and alert you as soon as a project kicks off.

The challenge

What holds back sales in this industry.

01

The list doesn't fit the product

Standard filters sort by industry and size. Whether a company is currently growing, restructuring or starting a project isn't in any filter – and that is exactly what decides the deal.

02

Buyers avoid sales

According to Gartner, 61% of B2B buyers prefer to buy without contact with sales, and 73% avoid suppliers who send irrelevant outreach. Calling without a reason burns through contacts.

03

Many people involved in the purchase

According to Gartner, six to ten people are involved in complex software purchases. If you only know the managing director, you lose to the supplier who reaches IT, the business unit and procurement.

04

The right moment is brief

Demand arises at specific points: a deadline, a change in leadership or a restructuring. Arrive too late and you end up in an ongoing tender against the competition.

Your market

Who you're looking for – and why databases don't find them.

Typical target customers

  • Mid-sized companies and corporates in manufacturing, retail, finance and services
  • Growing companies whose processes can no longer keep up
  • Companies in migration or modernisation projects
  • Organisations for which a regulation makes your software necessary

Decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Management
  • CIO and Head of IT
  • CFO
  • Head of HR (for HR software)
  • Heads of business units
  • Procurement, data protection and information security

Not in any filter

  • Ongoing projects named in job ads
  • Pace of growth and hiring behaviour
  • Exposure to NIS2, e-invoicing or pay transparency
  • Restructurings and new legal entities
  • Group structures with separate budgets per subsidiary

These are exactly the attributes we check for every company individually – on websites, in job ads and in registers.

Signal 1 of 9Job boards, careers pages

Project job ads

Vacancies mentioning projects such as “S/4HANA migration”, “HR software roll-out” or “CRM project”.

Why it matters: A project has been budgeted and is under way – adjacent systems are being considered at the same time.

Possible conversation opener
“You're currently hiring for your S/4HANA migration – how are you planning for the adjacent systems?”

Why now

What is moving your market right now.

Digital sovereignty

According to Bitkom, 85% of companies consider their dependence on US clouds too high. European suppliers have a window for conversations like rarely before.

Deadlines create projects

NIS2 has applied since December 2025, the e-invoicing obligation takes effect from 2027, and maintenance for SAP ECC ends at the end of 2027. Every deadline is a trigger for your sales team.

AI is shifting budgets

According to Bitkom, 2026 is the first year in which a majority of companies use AI. Existing software is being supplemented or replaced – and suppliers have to explain where they stand.

What matters

Your questions, our answers.

We already have a database – what's different?+

Databases deliver whatever has been entered into them, filtered by industry and size. We check every company individually against your criteria – including those no filter covers – and find companies that are not listed in any database. In our projects, that averaged around 42% of the market.

Where do the signals come from?+

From public sources that companies generate themselves: the commercial register, job ads, press releases and company websites. We analyse them continuously for every company in your market and match them to the right record.

How does the data get into our CRM?+

Companies, contacts and signals are written directly into your CRM and kept up to date there on an ongoing basis, with no duplicates of your existing records. An export as a spreadsheet is always possible.

Is the outreach legally sound?+

For every contact, we supply the source and verification status. A specific, factual trigger – which is exactly what signals are – is the basis for relevant and permissible outreach in B2B. How you set up your outreach from a legal perspective is something you should agree with your legal advisers.
